Welcome to July 2018…moving forward in time, we move deeper into the intense energy of summer during the month of July.
Here in the USA we have a holiday known as INDEPENDENCE DAY.
We become more aware of the energy of sovereignty, independence and equality.
This gives us an opportunity, no matter where one lives, to look at and observe our inner self, our outer self, our life, our relationships and our countries. Through this observation we can discern for ourselves where and how we can become more sovereign… more internally independent. This Internal Independence can provide us with an even deeper opportunity to contemplate what Independence truly means to us, personally.
The Big Truth is that here on Earth we all need each other. We really are all INTERdependent.

So what does this mean… to have Independence??? To BE Independent???
IN-DEPENDENCE ~ The freedom to go within ~ deepen your relationship with yourself ~ Know Thyself…
Like a dance, it takes an understanding of the ebb and flow of learning, loving and accepting of how our personal energy works.
Sit with yourself each day and observe and feel your personal ebb and flow.
For us at Sedona Heart and Soul it also means that we are always living and working toward being our best selves. This means being physically, mentally, spiritually and emotionally secure from within.
INDEPENDENT. Trusting our “IGS”, our “Inner Guidance System” is where our true Independence lives and thrives.
Whether we live and work among others and or live and work alone, ALL of life is REALLY about team work. Life is about caring, sharing and connecting, within first and foremost, then with others and the world. When we are sovereignly independent, we can then truly know ourselves from a grounded place and ultimately share whatever it is that we do best…share our strengths, our visions, our passions, our positive loving energies, etc.
By first going within, tapping into our “IGS” for directions on the journey toward becoming our True Soul Selves… Sovereign & INterdependant Human Beings.
Becoming Sovereign to Oneself truly best serves all of Humanity and thereby gives an example for others to follow on their journey within.
The journey leading to the collective conscious evolution of Humanity through the
IN ~ dividual’s IN ~volution of their Soul Self… summed up by our mantra…
