Refund and Shipping Policies

SERVICES, TOURS, EVENTS AND RETREAT CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICES:

Our services, tours, events and retreat packages are unique and one of a kind so we recommend you contact us as soon as possible within the time frame given for a refund.

For services, tours, events and retreat package deposit cancellation refund, you have 45 days prior to date of your scheduled individualized package, minus 25% charges for administrative fees, any time after the 45 days there is zero refund.

Your deposit cancellation refund will be credited to the original form of payment within 5 business days of receipt.

MERCHANDISE RETURN AND REFUND POLICES:

Returns must be authorized within 7 days of receipt of merchandise. You will be issued an RMA #. YOU MUST HAVE YOUR INVOICE WITH YOU WHEN YOU CALL OR ATTACHED TO EMAIL. You may request merchandise replacement or merchandise of equal value.

The RMA # must be clearly marked on the outside of the package and a copy of your invoice must be placed inside the box. Returns will be accepted only within 30 days of receipt of merchandise and must be in the original condition for full credit refund or replacement.

  • Returns may be sent any method but must be packed in the condition received
  • Returns are accepted within 30 days of shipment
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable and customers are responsible for return shipping fees

Please contact us via email so we know when to expect your package.

Your returned merchandise will be credited to the original form of payment within 5 business days of receipt.

Failure to follow the above instructions will results in a refusal of your return/refund.

SHIPPING POLICES: PLEASE READ CAREFULLY SHIPPING CHARGES

We strive to process and ship your order in the most efficient manner possible by United States Postal Service, UPS or FedEx choosing the least expensive and most effective service for your order.

A handling charge of $5.00 will apply to all orders. Payment must be made by credit card only.

Sedona Heart and Soul does not profit from shipping cost and you will be charged for the actual cost of the shipping order to you.

You will receive by email a copy of your invoice, all shipping charges and your Tracking (USPS, UPS or FedEx) information when your order is shipped.

We DO NOT pay damage claims for orders shipped via the United States Postal Service. This applies to orders both inside and outside the United States. Per Postal Regulations the RECEIVER is responsible for filing damage claims and is the only one who can receive a claims payment. If you have any questions please call or email us.
