In this first month of our New Year, we generally recognize it as a month of new beginnings and resolutions.
Let’s begin this New Year resolved to connect to the energy of Peace.
Peace begins with each of us first as individuals before it can emanate out into our world.
Connect to Peace…a Peace beyond this world.
Gandhi said: There is no way to Peace…Peace is the way.”
Let’s begin this New Year resolved to connect to the energy of Peace!
Most of you have heard the old adage “Out of Sight-Out of Mind”.
I like to put a spin on it and change to…in sight-in mind, which then translates to “in life”.
What we take into our eyes, permeates into our minds and ultimately manifest in our lives.
Ask yourself – What am I taking into my consciousness?
What am I viewing as a Mind-Full message?
Where is my focus?
What is life reflecting to me?
Is it peaceful?
Or is it filled with drama and confusion…a reflection of what you keep in sight and mind?
We currently exist in a dimension of poles and polar opposites, a world of duality, a world of free will and a world of choice.
A world where we have a time delay so we can see what our consciousness (collective and otherwise) is manifesting.
Let us choose to tune into Peace this month and make an attempt to carry it forward.
We must make a conscious decision to align with Peace personally.
Let’s pay attention to where we are directing our thoughts at any given moment.
Which pole you are in sync with? + positive OR – negative?
Constantly ask – what frequency am I in alignment with?
What vibration am I plugged into?
Become Aware – Connect – Plug into Peace.
Help yourself by using reminders, there are so many great tools available for us today.
So here it is, one of the ways that works for me is using the Shalom design (below) as a reminder for me to plug into peace and the knowingness that we are One.

I also tone it and as I do I can feel the energy shift and I send that peace full energy out into the world and know without a doubt that it is working. Imagine what it will be like when we are all filled with the Peace of Oneness. Practice make perfect, so let’s practice peace in all areas of our lives this month.
Feel free to print this and post it somewhere that you can use it, practice it and soon you will begin to feel inwardly the results of peace within and then you will begin to observe the outward results of peace being reflected back.
World peace is an inside job so let’s get to work.
